You Saved Me. Ciel x Reader Chapter 5
The days seem to pass by so quickly and quietly. In a flash almost two weeks had passed. In the time that you had to yourself you thought a lot about your mother. You wondered if she could see you; if she was watching over you from where ever she was in heaven. You wondered if she thought that you were in good hands or if she missed you.
Ciel had been busy with clients and business matters. Some days they would come to the manor. Other days he would have to leave to go and meet someone. Rarely did you see him at all these two weeks. You didn’t need Ciel to tell you to keep yourself hidden when guests came to the mansion. You had

Knocking gingerly on the door, you murmured.
"Hello...? Papyrus, are you in there?"
There was a quiet shuffle, and then the door creaked open.
The hooded skeleton smiled gently down at you.
"What can I help you with?"
"Um... Can I just... Come in...?"
He looked curious, but nodded and moved aside, motioning for you to come in.
"Thank you..."
After walking inside, you went over and sat on his bed, looking down a bit.
The clicking of the closing door resounded through the room. Papyrus walked over and sat down next to you.
"So what's up? You seem a little out of it... Well, more than usual, anyway."
When you looked over at him, he had a small s

It was close to midnight, the sky was darkened by the sudden clouds of promising rain. Sitting up in your room you held onto one of your small children (stuff toys). You cuddled with the plushness of the toy as thunder echoed past your house. The Lightning flashed across your window blinding you as you stared out the medium size window. The power soon drained and you were spun into blackness. You loved the rain, the big storms but tonight something made you shudder. You were afraid for once, something seemed off and you didn't know what. Outside you spotted a small barn owl, hunched over by the large tree. The feathers trenched with the rain,

Jareth's first major human holiday experience was Halloween. Weeks before the actual celebration, (y/n)'s hometown was decorated with a variety of "spooky" things: skeletons, spiders and cobwebs, gargoyles, ghosts. It was all child's play to Jareth. He could create things far more terrifying and fitting for the holiday. Although the decor became old to the Goblin King, he quickly found things that appealed to him. (y/n) introduced him to many delicacies he never had before. The hot cider was quit

Jareth waited for (y/n) to fall into a deep sleep, which didn't take long. She must have been emotionally drained from all that happened at her parents' house. He carefully sat himself up--not wanting to wake her--scooped her into his arms and granted her wish.
When he arrived, Jareth found that night had fallen. The castle was silent, save for the symphony of goblin snores. He carried (y/n) to the room next to his, letting the glamour fade now that he was home. The bedding magically moved on their own, allowing him to tuck her under the covers. Jareth brushed his lips on her cheek as he pulled the comforter to her shoulders. He rested his f

((A/N: I figured I'd better place a warning here, just in case this subject is a trigger for some. There is family angst in this part. I couldn't finish this without it.))
Dinner was supposed to start at six. (y/n) and Jareth arrived at her parent's house five minutes to, but she didn't enter right away. Her hand shook slightly as she reached for the door handle. Even with Jareth standing beside her, she was hesitant to go in.
Jareth looked down at her with a small frown. "You're nervous again, love."
"I know," (y/n) said heavily. "I can't help it Jareth. I really don't want to be here."
"Just remember what we talked about yesterday." Jar

Aware of the courtship differences of (y/n)'s world and his, Jareth decided to keep the outing simple. They met at her favorite park that evening and traversed it, exchanging questions back and forth. With each question asked, Jareth found himself liking (y/n) more and more. She was so unique and delightful. She made him laugh, which he rarely did anymore. Hearing her own delicious laughter was music to his ears.
Jareth wasn't afraid to share his likes and dislikes with (y/n), however strange they may be. He told her he "practiced" magic for one of his hobbies, which wasn't a lie. When asked about his major, he simply said he was undecided a

Books were one of (y/n)'s many weaknesses. She owned three five tiered shelves which were full of books. Most of them were Fantasy and Science-Fiction. Scattered amidst the spines were some General Fiction and Non-Fiction. Very few of the novels she owned were purchased on a whim. Many have been ones she's borrowed from the library; after reading them she wanted a copy for herself. (y/n) treasured every single book she owned, no matter their condition. Some had seen better days, their covers faded with age and pages slightly torn, but that didn't mean she cared for them any less than those which were brand new.
Since her move at the beginnin
